Not too much needs to be said here. However, one thing I hate is you think you have a great deal for your flowers or gifts online and then when it comes to checking out – wham you get hit with an additional delivery charge. The people we deal with like floristnz have the delivery included in their prices, so no surprises at checkout. Nice! The same can be said for AFD in Australia, their prices include packaging and delivery as well. It is so tempting to call out other firms here, but hey that’s not my style 🙂
